1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("Player," "you," or "your") and Pippin Plaza ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the mobile game Pippin Plaza: Co-op Puzzle and any related services (collectively, the "Game").

By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to play the Game. The Game is not directed to children under 13. If you are under the applicable age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. License to Play

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Pippin Plaza grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game.
• Create derivative works based on the Game.
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without our written consent.
• Transfer your license or account to any other person.

4. Intellectual Property

The Game, including all content, graphics, characters, code, music, sound effects, names, logos, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by Pippin Plaza and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

"Pippin Plaza," the Pippin character design, and all related marks are the exclusive property of Pippin Plaza.

You retain ownership of any display name or content you create, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display it within the Game and on our leaderboards.

5. App Store Terms

The Game is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your download and use of the Game is also subject to the applicable store's terms of service. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the applicable store's terms, these Terms govern where legally permissible.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Cheat or exploit: Use unauthorized software, scripts, bots, hacks, or any method that provides an unfair advantage.
• Disrupt gameplay: Intentionally disconnect, stall, or otherwise sabotage co-op sessions.
• Harass: Use offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or threatening display names.
• Impersonate: Use a display name that impersonates another person or entity.
• Manipulate leaderboards: Exploit bugs or use unauthorized means to achieve false leaderboard scores.
• Distribute malware: Transmit any malicious code through the Game's networking features.
• Violate laws: Use the Game in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

Violations may result in your party access being restricted or other enforcement actions at our discretion.

7. Multiplayer Parties

When you create a multiplayer party, you are responsible for your conduct and the conduct of guests you invite via your party code. While we do not moderate in-game conversations in real time, we reserve the right to investigate reports of misconduct.

Party codes are randomly generated 6-character alphanumeric strings. Do not share your party code publicly if you wish to play with a specific group only.

8. In-App Purchases

The current version of Pippin Plaza is free to play with no in-app purchases. Future versions may introduce optional cosmetic or content purchases. Any such purchases will be clearly disclosed, processed through the applicable app store, and subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase.

If purchases are introduced in the future, they will be final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or app store policy.

The Game may include virtual items or currency earned through play or by watching optional ads. Virtual items have no real-world or monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable.

The Game is supported by advertising, including opt-in rewarded ads. How advertising uses data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Updates and Changes to the Game

We may update the Game at any time, adding features, removing content, or changing gameplay mechanics. We will try to communicate significant changes, but we are not obligated to maintain any specific feature or version of the Game.

10. Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Game at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it from your device.

Upon termination, your license to use the Game ends immediately. Sections 4, 11, 12, 13, and 14 survive termination.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIPPIN PLAZA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee that multiplayer sessions will always be available or that leaderboard data will be maintained indefinitely.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PIPPIN PLAZA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE GAME SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (WHICH, FOR A FREE GAME, IS ZERO).

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pippin Plaza and its affiliates, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Game; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Game shall be resolved by the competent courts of Morocco. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

For material changes, we will provide in-app notice where reasonably practicable.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pippin Plaza regarding the Game and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
