How can we help?

Getting Started

New to Pippin Plaza?

Open the game and tap Multiplayer on the main menu. Enter your display name, then tap Create Party. You'll get a 6-character party code — share it with your friends so they can join. Up to 4 players can join one party.

Tap Multiplayer, enter your display name, then tap Join Party. Type in the 6-character code your friend shared and tap Join. You'll be placed in their party instantly.

Each party supports 2 to 4 players. The game works with any number in that range — the puzzle difficulty is designed for teamwork regardless of how many people join.

No. You just need to pick a display name when you join a party. No email, no sign-up, no account required. If you opt in to leaderboards, scores are tied to an anonymous player ID and shown with your display name.

Gameplay

Playing the game

Every level requires all players to reach the exit door. First, collect all the coins to unlock the key. Grab the key to open the door. Then every player must touch the exit — if someone is left behind, the level isn't complete. It's real co-op: nobody gets carried.

When a player falls into a spike or hazard, a 10-second countdown starts. The downed player can revive themselves during that window — you get free revives first, with optional extra chances after. If time runs out with no revive, the team loses and can vote to replay the level.

Players can carry each other by stacking — one player stands on another's shoulders. This lets you reach higher platforms or help a teammate cross a gap they can't jump on their own. It's a core mechanic in many levels.

After a game-over, any player can request a replay. All players in the party receive a vote prompt. Every player must vote YES within 30 seconds for the level to reload. A single NO vote or a timeout cancels the replay.

Pippin Plaza has a 53-level story — play it solo or in co-op with 2 to 4 players — plus Rush (timed challenges), Survival (a daily quest gauntlet with leaderboards), and Marathon (all levels in one run). Every mode is built for teamwork; parties are 2 to 4 players.

Technical

Troubleshooting

First, check your internet connection — both Wi-Fi and mobile data work. Make sure the party code is correct (all caps, 6 characters). If the problem persists, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, contact us with your device model and OS version.

Multiplayer lag is usually caused by a weak internet connection. Try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa. If one player in the party has poor connectivity, it can affect everyone. Make sure no other apps are using significant bandwidth in the background.

Restart the game and check if there's an update available in the App Store or Google Play. Make sure your OS is up to date. If crashes happen frequently, please email us at support@pippinplaza.com with your device model and OS version — it helps us fix bugs faster.

Fastest: in-game, open Settings → Data & Privacy and use the delete option — it removes your data instantly. Or email us at support@pippinplaza.com with your display name and a request to remove your data; we'll process it within 30 days. See our Privacy Policy for full details on your data rights.

Data Deletion

Delete Your Data

What data we hold

If you opted in to the global leaderboard, Pippin Plaza stores an anonymous player ID (no name, email, or account required) linked to your leaderboard scores and display name. If you also consented to analytics, Unity Analytics collects basic technical device data (device model, OS version, session data) on our behalf — none of which identifies you personally. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

How to delete it

Option 1 — In-app (instant):
Open Pippin Plaza → Settings → Data & Privacy → "Withdraw Consent & Delete My Data." This deletes your anonymous player account — the player ID your display name and leaderboard entries are tied to — stops analytics collection, and wipes your local data. If an entry remains visible afterwards, email us and we'll remove it.

Option 2 — Email request:
Email us your display name and request deletion. We will process it within 30 days.
